Buyer’s Option Realty agents are the most experienced Buyer Agents in Southern NH. As “exclusive buyer agents” we work only for buyers. We do not represent sellers or list their property. Buyer’s Option Realty offers a full range of buyer focused services without divided loyalties. Our exclusive buyer agents are experienced advocates who will protect buyers throughout the entire home buying process.

Janet White began working as an Exclusive Buyers Agent in NH in 1989. In 1995 she founded Buyer’s Option Realty Services; a "consumer centric" real estate company in which services are tailored to the needs of only home-buyers.
